After the OWL Venice cleanse, I tried these gut health recipes by Cooking Light. Since the recipes are really easy to follow even for someone like me who barely ever cooks. I cooked all 3-meals in the morning and took about 1.5-2 hours.

- 3 dates and 12 unsalted roasted almonds

- 1 medium apple
