The cleanse was easier than I thought and it went smoothly. I chose the 4-day cleanse, just as I did the first time I used the cleanse, and I was surprised I wasn’t hungry during the four-day cleanse. I did snack on some of the approved foods listed above.

Results of the Gut Cleanse from OWL Venice
The first thing I noticed come day 3 was the bloating lessened so much and I was so happy with that. Post cleanse, I’m not having as many stomach aches as I am grateful for!
The other thing I found was that I’m eating slower and more mindfully, therefore, I’m not overeating. I am feeling much better about my relationship with food.
The hardest part of the reset was not being able to eat out with friends. That’s why I made sure that week I had no social engagements. I highly suggest doing the same over the course of your gut reset because it will help tremendously.

Hardest Part About the Gut Cleanse
The post-reset cleanse diet was actually harder than the reset. I followed the post-reset guidelines by slowly adding foods to my diet to figure out what food causes me to bloat. But that meant saying no to cocktails and desserts at events.
