Instaworthy Guide to Studio City, California
I recently visited Studio City and loved how it has changed. It’s practically like West Hollywood but in the valley. It has all the trendy places you find in WeHo like Joan’s and Alfred Coffee as well as many Instagrammable spots. So I put together a mini Instaworthy Guide to Studio City. This guide includes The Studio City Farmers Market, Alfred Coffee, Barnes & Noble’s (a historical landmark), and Studio City Newsstand.
Instaworthy Guide to Studio City
Studio City Farmers Market
The Studio City Farmers Market is open on Sundays from 8 am to 2 pm and located on Ventura Place. It takes crowded and finding parking past 10 am is tricky. But it’s very family-friendly with a bunch of rides for the kiddies.
Alfred Coffee – Studio City
Warning: Super crowded on Sunday morning. It’s no different than any Alfred but just less colorful with teal instead of pink. More on LA coffee shops, here.
Bookstar
Originally, it was the Fox Studio City Theatre. Now, it is
Laurel Canyon Newsstand
A very large Instaworthy newsstand with a friendly owner. I always purchase something from the vendor since taking pictures to say thank you. You will not be the only one taking pics there.
Hope you will find this guide helpful. If you know of more Instagrammable spots in Studio City, comment below and I will add them to the list.
