Also, here are Top 5 Best Dog Parks in Los Angeles to unleash Chloe (in Beverly Hills), Harrison (in Silver Lake), and Milo (in DTLA). Check out Essential Products for Every Dog Owner at the end of the post.

Friendly warning: These are unusual times and our lives have changed, so please check venues remain open. It’s hard to update if there are dog parks open and when will dog parks reopen since things change quickly.

✔️attracting unhealthy partners, friends or relationship 👫

✔️ distrust of yourself 🙏

What are your Mindshift goals for the new month?

A self growth process that relieves anxiety is realizing you will never figure out everything! & that’s ok! 🌸 This self growth process means not worrying about things you can’t figure out like the IG algorithm, taxes, your ex, insurance, or balancing how to safe but enjoy life during the new normal. ✨

What did you learn this week? This is a question w What did you learn this week? This is a question we answer at the Shabbat dinner table on Friday nights and I love bringing the idea to this platform too. ⁣

This week I learned: ⁣

•I can bake cookies (see latest REELS) 🍪 ⁣
⁣
•Going Live on IG gets easier with practice and isn’t as terrifyingly I thought 💭 ⁣(see IGTV) ⁣

•The “Magic Formula” is not attainable 🪄 ⁣
⁣
I keep hearing on Clubhouse that Instagram shared with a few mega influencers or at an Instagram Mastermind: how to grow on Instagram aka the “Magic Formula”. I didn’t hear it on @instagram so idk how true this is but basically The Magic Formula is a weekly posting schedule (swipe right to see) that Instagram suggests to grow your account. I wanted to share and get your thoughts on it. IMHO it’s not attainable (especially if you work FT) and not worth the anxiety of posting that many times. It might work if you’re a full time content creator. If you do try it, share the results with us. ⁣

Mindshift Monday: lmk if you relate to this! I ten Mindshift Monday: lmk if you relate to this! I tend to ask “why” when things go wrong 😑 .... like asking “why does bad things happen to good people” when I hear bad news - those kind of “why” questions. ⁣
⁣
Last week, I was dwelling on the question “why does drama follow me everywhere when I’m so chill?” But I realized asking these kind of “why” questions just add to my anxiety and decreases my joy. ⁣

So, this week’s challenge: Exhale anxiety 😟 + inhale joy 🤩 by retiring the question “WHY”! ⁣
