This is at the top of lifechanging podcasts since it will change the life of any perfectionist or procrastinator. I didn’t even want to listen to this podcast episode at first because I don’t consider myself to be a perfectionist but boy was I wrong!
This episode made me realize why over-analyze everything, get super overwhelmed when I have a project due and why I push everything to do at the last minute. This podcast episode will help you set a growth mindset to get over perfectionism and procrastination. I’m trying to get my family to listen to it since we all have the “all or nothing” attitude. I have subscribed to Sam’s podcast for more perfectionist insight.

There is SO much good information in just one episode.
But be ready to take a notebook to take notes. I learned some much like how chronic cardio causes cortisol level to go up and cause hormone issues; we all know blue light is bad before we go to bed but did you know red light helps you fall asleep, and how important breathwork is to lower cortisol. This podcast motivated me to switch from super hot showers that almost melt off my skin to cold showers in the morning after a session of fasting cardio!
