I prepped for ‘Your Super Detox‘ review by cutting out coffee, almost all dairy products, and meat a couple of weeks before the detox. Therefore, my post quarantine detox went smoothly.

Day 1: The daily detox meal plan and Your Super recipes makes Your Super detox so easy. All the meals were so delicious. I love having the support of the Facebook group and sharing our experience together. You can even find people that are starting the Your Super Detox the same day as you. It makes you feel like you aren’t not doing this alone. It’s women and men of all ages coming together to share thier Detox tips and experiences.

Day 2: Again, love the Detox booklet that include the detox meal plan for each day as well as Your Super recipes. It makes my morning easier since i don’t have to decide what to cook. Blend a green smoothie and snack to go for the morning then whip up an easy salad recipe for lunch. When I get home it’s time for another detox smoothie for dinner and a turmeric latte with oats milk. The turmeric latte is great for gut health and liver detox. I’m not gonna lie, I got super sleepy before lunch so I went for a walk.

Day 3: I seriously can’t how full I feel after having the green smoothies in the mornings. I normally have to have a big breakfast otherwise I feel hungry all day. But I definitely feel full until lunch. I do still have a snack in between. With the detox, i have increased my intake of leafy vegetables, fiber and Vitamin C – best ways to I love the support of the FB community. I go to them with questions. I no longer felt super sleepy today but energized.

Day 4: My energy is definitely still up. I’m tracking my progress and getting support from the FB community. I’m running out of groceries though. I guess I didn’t buy enough avocado and garden salad. I had to make a few substitutions.

Day 5: The hardest day since it’s a holiday weekend and my family has made tons of yummy food. Basically, all of my favorites but I resisted temptation since almost at the finish line.

I keep hearing on Clubhouse that Instagram shared with a few mega influencers or at an Instagram Mastermind: how to grow on Instagram aka the “Magic Formula”. I didn’t hear it on @instagram so idk how true this is but basically The Magic Formula is a weekly posting schedule (swipe right to see) that Instagram suggests to grow your account. I wanted to share and get your thoughts on it. IMHO it’s not attainable (especially if you work FT) and not worth the anxiety of posting that many times. It might work if you’re a full time content creator. If you do try it, share the results with us. ⁣
