Pancake cereal is the newest food trend on TikTok and I’m loving it. It is an easy recipe. This particular recipe uses a gluten-free batter, which you can purchase via Amazon Prime. You can make pancake cereal from scratch but then it wouldn’t be an easy recipe.
It is basically tiny pancake cereal piled into a bowl just like cereal and topped with your favorite toppings like chocolate chips, berries, or maple syrup. Milk is optional. You can use oats milk or skim milk, your choice.
Kids love this recipe since it’s a mix of two of their favorite foods: pancake and cereal. It is a fun way to make pancakes. My niece loved it and got really excited about it since it is mini.
It only uses a few ingredients. The recipe does take longer if you use a ziplock bag by poking a small hole in it. However, if you use a squeeze bottle it takes less time.
Tip: use oil instead of butter or coconut milk so the mini pancakes don’t look burnt.

1 Cup of Gluten-Free Pancake Mixer from Amazon
1 3/4 cup of your favorite milk
2 tablespoon of sugar or mankfruit
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Make the pancake mix as normal.
Put the mix into a squeeze bottle or zip lock bag with a tiny hole.
Squeeze out tiny pancakes into your frying pan or griddle. They should be about one inch in diameter.
Place the mini pancakes into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
