If you want a snack to have on hand for Hanukkah, try this homemade maple nut brittle. It’s so easy to make and can be done ahead of time!

In a bowl combine a variety of nuts and seeds, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to an even layer.
Bake on 375 until lightly toasted (watch carefully).
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing from tray.
