I know it’s Los Angeles and all but what do you think about an alternative to botox and fillers? 💉

@empathwellnessweho is your answer to Botox alternative in Los Angeles since they specialize in the Cryo Mini Face Life aka Cryo Thermal Shock (Tshock).

Cryo TShock is a non-invasive cold and heat treatment for skin rejuvenation, fat freezing and intensive pain relief.

I’m totally obsessed with this Botox alternative. I love how glowing my skin was afterwards and totally looked like I got cheek fillers. I’m going back for chin and tummy reduction. I love non-invasive treatments for obvious reasons (no needles 💉 necessary).

Do you love gel or regular manicure? How about a French plant based semi gel manicure 💅?!

Few months of gel manicure left my nails damaged. But I found the solution. @manucurist is a French clean beauty brand introducing Los Angeles to Green Flash, Manucurist’s first LED Nail Polish. The best part is that it’s super easy and gentle to remove. You can do it at the comfort of your home.

@m.o.n.a.j of Manucurist creates super cute nail art popular in France. Los Angeles say hello to plant based semi-gel manicure 💅

You have to try the cocktail-inspired specialty drink created by @redstrawteabar at @westfieldcenturycity in Los Angeles.

Hands done one of the best boba in Los Angeles. We choose Fancy Daisy Boba (Jasmine green tea with fresh lemon enhanced with striking natural colors from butterfly pea) and Green Mojito
(Special jasmine green tea mixed with mint and key lime). Both boba drinks were super refreshing on a hot day in Los Angeles.

The truth is . . . . .

@pure_barre workouts look like they’re easy but they are actually hard. Since barre workouts target muscles in ways that aren't always used everyday.

Love barre workouts since barre improves postural alignment, flexibility, core strength, while it’s low-impact. The barre classes are easy on my knees, which I have an issue with.

Btw, Alyssa at @purebarreculvercity is such a gem.

So who is coming to the next class with me?

I got treated to a once in a life experience today, thanks to @popandbottle!

@popandbottle brought a personalized café experience right to my front door. This “five minutes of peace” involved a made-on-the-spot Pop & Bottle iced latte and a puppy playtime relaxation.

This cutest experience ever was to celebrate the launch of their new Super Concentrates. My personalized latte was absolutely delicious 🤤
