How to Make Raw Halva

– 1 cup of raw ground rice  – 1.5 cups of raw organic tahini – 1 cup of pitted dates – 1 cup of powdered almonds – one tablespoon of rosewater – 1 teaspoon of cardamom – 1-2 tablespoons of ground coconut – 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder (if desired) – 1 teaspoon of maca powder (if desired)


Put all ingredients in the blender and pulse until well blended together.


Mold into small ball sizes or any shape desired.


Sprinkle with ground coconut.


If desired, place the halvah in the fridge for 30 minutes.
