LOS LIONES TRAIL:
Los Liones Trail is a 2.6-mile round-trip hike. The trek up Los Liones Trail is most enjoyable in cool temperatures. As you get higher, there are spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.
LOS ANGELES COUNTY ARBORETUM AND BOTANIC GARDEN:
The Arboretum is home to a large population of peafowl (peacocks). These peacocks are known for their beautiful feathers and loud calls and are always seen walking around the gardens.

California’s wildflowers are a natural wonder. The state is home to many wildflowers blooming in the spring. The California Poppy Festival is a celebration of the state’s most iconic wildflower, the California Poppy.

LA TIMES FESTIVAL OF BOOKS ON APRIL 22-23:
It is returning to USC Campus for its 28th year for a weekend of indoor and outdoor events. It includes hundreds of exhibitor booths, author signings, performances, and free activities.
