This month, I’m featuring a wellness influencer since wellness and health are on all of our minds.
I discovered Millana Snow via the Almost 30 podcast episode (check out my favorite podcasts here). She is a wellness influencer, an energy healer and a breathwork guide (breathwork is a perfect stress relief during quarantine mode). I loved what she had to share on this collective pause. An Interview with Millana Snow
1. What’s your daily affirmation during this uncertain time?
I trust that the work, works.
2. How do you handle anxiety over your heath and that of you loved ones?
I work to have a regular practice of catching when my body feels tense or an emotion feels stuck and then breathing through it. I know that feelings and energy needs to move through me to not get stuck and stagnant. Having practices that help me better observe how I think, feel and act is key.
3. What’s the best supplement to take to destress?
I know it’s pretty easy to guess of me to say but of course, it’s ashwagandha.
4. How do you focus on your mental health?
I meditate every day!
5. What’s your favorite self care practice?
Hot steam showers and baths!
