More importantly, her posts always carry a positive message. And that’s what I love about her, she’s always energetic and positive. Now she’s carried all that positivity and fabulous wellness tips to her blog. So why choose a wellness coach?
But first …. check what is a wellness coach and the benefits of hiring a wellness coach!
Why Choose A Wellness Coach

Natasha is a personal trainer at Equinox as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach. I call her my wellness guru. She offers Nutritional Coaching, E-Training Programs, and In-person Training.

Personal Trainer
When I trained with Natasha, I was not at my skinniest but I was at my strongest. She always made sure I had the proper form throughout all the exercises that we did together.
Since my weakest body area is the core, she incorporated core strengthing exercises into each of our sessions while still focusing on overall body toning.
Nutritionist
Not only did she guide me through fitness routines but provided nutritional coaching throughout our sessions. She reviewed my daily food intake diary in order to make diet adjustment recommendations. Also, she created yummy-yet-easy recipes for me such as matcha oats parfait.
Recipe Matcha Oats Parfait

When I’m working on a corporate project, I’m always on a deadline – which means long work hours. So I’m always in a rush in the mornings, which makes this a perfect breakfast dish. It takes less than 10 minutes to make. I never know where my next project will be located, so this is also great since I can take it to go when I have a long morning commute.
Recipe:
1/2 soaked oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1/2 cup plain 2 percent Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sliced berries
Soak oats and matcha powder in almond milk overnight (soaking matcha overnight will get rid of its bitter taste). In the morning, add Greek yogurt and top with berries.

I believe losing weight starts with what you eat, so it is an added bonus when your personal trainer is also your nutritionist.
